Life Coaching for Success
“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”– Albert Einstein
Life coaching will help you identify and focus on what you really want in your life and give you a blueprint to achieve your desired outcomes. You can learn to clarify your goals and design a plan to achieve them. Individual coaching can also help you develop confidence and a positive mindset by eliminating self-limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging habits.
Coaching asks “How to” questions to move to a higher level of productivity and functionality to fulfill one’s potential.
Earl Nightingale said “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal.”
Coaching looks at many areas of life such as professional, financial, health and fitness, relationships, emotional well being and spiritual life so that the client can zoom in on the areas that need immediate attention and improvement.
By identifying the key areas that need to change, we can create goals and action plans to raise our satisfaction levels in those areas.
Also, coaching can uncover the subconscious beliefs that are limiting and even sabotaging our success.
Albert Einstein said,” We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.”
Part of the coaching process is to look at the development of our paradigms, which are mental programs that have almost exclusive control of our habitual behavior. We are a product of how we were trained by our parents, teachers and society at large.
We form our paradigms at a very young age and have them around our self-image and this forms how we feel about and esteem ourselves. The mental and emotional imprint that creates our subconscious paradigm, especially about ourselves, stays with us all our lives, unless we consciously work to change it.
Our self-concept and beliefs come from our accepted perceptions of our experiences and observations. As we progress through childhood and our teenage years, we tend to have experiences that reinforce the concept we have of ourselves.
This is why people can feel stuck and unable to change their behavior: the mental programs control us at a subconscious level and our habits of thinking and behaving are embedded.
My coaching program helps to uncover the negative programming and then work to reprogram those negative beliefs into empowering, positive and life-giving beliefs by recognizing that we can choose to think in a new way.
